Papa Johns Pizza

The pizza was good but when the delivery woman came we asked if the garlic sauce was in there we bought 2 of them and she said yes and it wasn't. That did not make us happy. It was the Papa John's in Gladstone, Mo.

The Papa John's mobile app did not properly transfer the order to the store. The pizza I received was not the way I had created it on the app. The store manager was very friendly and apologized for the mistake from the app and sent me a new pizza. I would reccomend this location to anyone and I appreciate the customer service from both the drivers and the store manager.

I've had 40 pizzas in the last 30 days and it is still just as good

When first ordering their honey barbeque buffalo wings, I was amazed to taste a very sweet and savory flavor, and the meat lovers pizza was very nice! The time that it takes to prepare a pizza can be very long and filled with agony, but as soon as you taste the warm cheese, you'll probably find that it's worth waiting less than an hour or more. I recommend ordering a smaller pizza if you're eating alone since it's probably going to take longer if you order a very large pizza, but they're still good even if it's small or big. :D (Try olives, it's good)

Pizza was fresh, hot & delicious! I enjoy their thin crust. Their rewards program sends me special offers so I usually get a discount. Can't beat that!
